Privacy notice for the free tools

Using a tool without the form

The calculators run in your browser. The numbers you type to see a headline result are not sent to us unless you submit the contact form described below. The tool pages do not load third-party scripts.

What the contact form collects

When you choose to unlock a full result, the form asks for your first and last name, email, phone, company, and website. With it we receive:

• the tool you used and the values you entered in it, plus the summary it calculated (for example monthly card volume and business type);
• the page address, the referring page, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid);
• an approximate location (country and state or region) that our hosting provider derives from your connection.

We use this to send you the full result, to follow up about payment processing if you asked us to or agreed to hear from us, and to understand which tools are useful. It is stored in our customer relationship management system and, if you agreed to receive email, in our email marketing system. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email with the link in it.

What your browser stores

After you submit the form, the tools save your contact details in your browser's local storage so you are not asked again. You can remove them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

YouTube

TouchSuite publishes explainer videos to its own YouTube channel with software that uses the YouTube Data API. That software only uploads TouchSuite's videos, thumbnails, and captions to TouchSuite's channel. It does not read, collect, or store data about viewers or any other YouTube user. Its use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Viewing our videos on YouTube is governed by Google's own policies.

Sharing

We do not sell the information you submit. It is processed by the service providers that host the site and run our CRM and email systems on our behalf.

Your choices and contact

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, contact TouchSuite through our contact page at touchsuite.com/contact.
