Account Executive – Merchant Services
The AE Merchant Services will provide expertise and a clear understanding of characteristics of high-quality merchant services prospects in order to develop, acquire, and service relationships. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of awareness and understanding of existing and new payment processing technologies as well as industry, Bank, and client changes and trends.

Role:
The Account Executives (AE’s) at TouchSuite are responsible for presenting proposals and closing new business merchant accounts. AE’s will receive sales qualified leads and connect with C-level management / business owners to gain their trust in our suite of card processing services. Successful representatives will understand individual needs and recommend services that maximize value. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, high-energy hustler, hungry for customer acquisition, passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth and a competitive individual who enjoys speaking with people on the phone.
Responsibilities:
Consistently achieve workday profile Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Establish rapport, build trust, and close new business deals
Identify the needs and challenges of prospective customers in targeted verticals
Educate business owners on our solutions so they can save money, streamline operations, and accelerate revenue growth
Think strategically to create and deliver value solutions to potential clients understanding trends / best practices
Manage the sales cycle from receipt of payment processing statement to activation
Attend trade shows and other event that may provide targeted marketing opportunities
Proactively research and contact prospects via warm calls, emails, and social platforms such as LinkedIn
Track progress and results in our CRM system
Compile and analyze data to find trends
Handle complaints and negotiations
Collaborate with and learn from industry leaders who are dedicated to your success
Solicit referrals from your network and customer base
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or Sales field
3+ years of B2B sales experience
Skills and Abilities:
History of quota achievement
Diligent pipeline management skills
Ability to use LinkedIn, HubSpot, ZoomInfo and virtual meeting platforms
Superior communication, networking and relationship building skills
Excellent communication skills – phone, written and listening
Passion for meeting new people and helping businesses grow
Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
Self-Starter who has a desire to learn, grow and excel
Results driven, innovative, resilient with a desire to win
Interest in becoming a payment processing industry expert
Proactive with ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
High level attention to detail
Experience with card not present merchants, high risk verticals and gateway technology is a plus
