Sam Zietz is the founder and CEO of the financial technology company TouchSuite® and its affiliated companies. In 2015, Sam was a recipient of the prestigious EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Florida; He has served on the judges’ panel for the annual program since 2018.

Under Sam’s leadership, TouchSuite has been the recipient of multiple awards and accolades, most recently named 17th on the list of “Best Entrepreneurial Companies in America” by Entrepreneur Magazine. In 2018, TouchSuite was named “Business of the Year” and one of the “Fastest Growing Technology Companies” by the South Florida Business Journal. The company has appeared on Inc. Magazine’s “Inc. 500” list of the fastest growing private companies in America eight times. In 2017, the South Florida Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth named TouchSuite “Emerging Growth Company of the Year.” Florida Governor, Rick Scott, presented Sam with the Governor’s Business Ambassadors award that centered on TouchSuite’s growth and significant contributions to Florida’s economy.

Sam has appeared on the South Florida Business Journal’s list of “Power Leaders,” for the last five years. Zietz was recently named one of South Florida’s Ultimate CEO’s by the South Florida Business Journal. Zietz was recognized in 2017 as the top CEO in Palm Beach County receiving the Apogee Award.

Zietz sits on the board of several educational and entrepreneur-focused organizations, including the Palm Beach chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Chief Executives Organization (CEO), Florida Council of 100 and the Orange Bowl Committee. He speaks regularly at professional events and universities, has testified before Congress on Entrepreneurship and given a TED talk on achieving success through the entrepreneurial path.

Sam is an active speaker, mentor, and sponsor of the Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA) which teaches students the process of starting and running a real business over the course of a full academic year. He is also an active angel investor with numerous investments under management.

Prior to Touchsuite, Zietz was a corporate attorney specializing in Structured Finance with the New York-based law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, LLP. Before Skadden, he worked in the Business Tax Planning Department at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Sam earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan then went on to receive his JD from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida where he graduated first in his class. Mr. Zietz later earned his LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law.

Jacob joined TouchSuite in early 2023 and brings over 20 years of experience in the payments processing industry. He is the Chief Operating Officer, tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company, as well as advising on growth, sales, marketing, and technological development.

Prior to joining TouchSuite, Jacob was Director of Operations and Executive Partner for Merchant One, a leading credit card processing company servicing over 100,000 merchants nationwide. He led the growth of the company to over 100 employees and developed the systems infrastructure resulting in an end-to-end onboarding, servicing, and risk automation platform. Jacob’s contributions ultimately resulted in the company being acquired by Fiserv Inc. in December 2022.

Jacob earned his B.S. in Finance from Florida International University and received his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University School of Law. He has been an active member of the Florida Bar Association for over 10 years. In addition, he holds a Certified Payments Professional (CPP) certification, as well as Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediator, Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, and Florida Supreme Court Qualified Advanced Arbitrator certifications.

Richard Feldman Touchsuite

Chief Corporate Development Officer

Richard Feldman has over 15 years of corporate development, private equity, and investment banking experience with a focus in the Fintech and Financial Services sectors. Before joining TouchSuite, Richard served as Director of BGC Partners’ (NASDAQ: BGCP) Strategic Transactions Group. He anchored numerous high profile, high reward transactions including partnerships with Heat Energy, Remate Lince, Epsilon Networks, and Wolf and Hurst.

Prior to BGC, Richard was the Vice President of Global Principal Investments Group, a Bank of America’s vehicle. There he invested over $115 million in capital, managed a portfolio of public and private investments worth over $1 billion in value, and advised on transactions worth approximately $400 million. He served as a Director of ELX Futures, L.P, NYSE Amex Options, LLC, and CHX Holdings and held buy and sell-side positions at Cruiser Capital, Painter Hill Partners, and Wachovia.

Richard received his B.S. in Economics from Vanderbilt University where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society.

Thom has over 15 years of experience in the dynamic payments industry. His journey into payments began with InComm, where he honed his expertise in managing relationships with major retailers. Thom’s passion for innovation and growth led him to other industry giants, including Visa, Mastercard, Adyen, and Global Payments where, with each, he worked on strategy with the world’s leading payment providers, platforms, and fintechs.

As a seasoned leader, he has created and led high-performing sales and partnership teams, consistently delivering cutting edge solutions. His strategic vision has been instrumental in developing successful sales channels and verticals, expanding market reach, and driving business growth. Thom’s ability to identify emerging trends and capitalize on them has aided in the successful launch of new products that have transformed the payments landscape.

Thom holds a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder. His diverse background also includes work in data analytics and predictive modeling, further enhancing his ability to drive data-informed decisions.

Sheila S. Zietz
General Counsel

Sheila S. Zietz is the General Counsel of the financial technology company TouchSuite® and its affiliated companies. She has been a member of the New York, Florida and New Jersey Bar Associations for over twenty-two years, and has practiced law in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate, and corporate law while in private practice. She currently oversees and manages the Legal department, and works closely with Risk/Underwriting, as well as handles other company matters, including corporate transactions, simple litigation, and employment law matters.

Prior to Touchsuite, she worked as an associate at Cutler, Minikes & Fish, LLP in New York City, and was also a partner in the law firm of Zietz & Parisi, LLP, also located in New York.

She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida Atlantic University, and received her Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida.

Dinah Suppes
Vice President Risk Management

Dinah brings over 30 years of experience in the payments processing industry to TouchSuite. She has a proven track record of success in management, risk/fraud management, client relations, portfolio management, back-office operations, vendor management, product management and sales support.

Prior to joining TouchSuite, Dinah was Vice President, Risk & Compliance for IPpay, LLC. Her previous positions were Vice President, Operations for ISOs including EirthPay, eVance, Inc., Ikon Payments and Secure Bancard. She also held a Senior Vice President, Operations position for ePayware, an Industry-related software provider for ISOs. Previously, Dinah was with Spectra Payments as President/COO, where her responsibilities included underwriting, customer service, fraud control, financial services, retrievals and chargebacks, and collections for the company as well as leading the company’s sales initiatives. Her experience includes CoVantage Processing, LLC, and AssureBuy as Executive Vice President, Operations and Vice President, Compliance. Additionally, Ms. Suppes was with Abanco International, LLC as Director of Loss Prevention. She brought 12 years of bankcard industry experience to Abanco, including eight years with American Bankcard/Digital Merchant Services, a Concord EFS Company.

Her industry affiliations include past President and current Board Member of the Midwest Acquirers Association and a current Board of Directors member for the Association of Payments Professionals (APP) formerly known as MAC. She is also a member of the Merchant Risk Council.
