Sam Zietz
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Sam Zietz is the founder and CEO of the financial technology company TouchSuite® and its affiliated companies. In 2015, Sam was a recipient of the prestigious EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Florida; He has served on the judges’ panel for the annual program since 2018.
Under Sam’s leadership, TouchSuite has been the recipient of multiple awards and accolades, most recently named 17th on the list of “Best Entrepreneurial Companies in America” by Entrepreneur Magazine. In 2018, TouchSuite was named “Business of the Year” and one of the “Fastest Growing Technology Companies” by the South Florida Business Journal. The company has appeared on Inc. Magazine’s “Inc. 500” list of the fastest growing private companies in America eight times. In 2017, the South Florida Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth named TouchSuite “Emerging Growth Company of the Year.” Florida Governor, Rick Scott, presented Sam with the Governor’s Business Ambassadors award that centered on TouchSuite’s growth and significant contributions to Florida’s economy.
Sam has appeared on the South Florida Business Journal’s list of “Power Leaders,” for the last five years. Zietz was recently named one of South Florida’s Ultimate CEO’s by the South Florida Business Journal. Zietz was recognized in 2017 as the top CEO in Palm Beach County receiving the Apogee Award.
Zietz sits on the board of several educational and entrepreneur-focused organizations, including the Palm Beach chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Chief Executives Organization (CEO), Florida Council of 100 and the Orange Bowl Committee. He speaks regularly at professional events and universities, has testified before Congress on Entrepreneurship and given a TED talk on achieving success through the entrepreneurial path.
Sam is an active speaker, mentor, and sponsor of the Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA) which teaches students the process of starting and running a real business over the course of a full academic year. He is also an active angel investor with numerous investments under management.
Prior to Touchsuite, Zietz was a corporate attorney specializing in Structured Finance with the New York-based law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, LLP. Before Skadden, he worked in the Business Tax Planning Department at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Sam earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan then went on to receive his JD from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida where he graduated first in his class. Mr. Zietz later earned his LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law.

Randall Bast
President
Randall Bast has over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur and executive providing leadership and advisory services to both emerging growth and Fortune 500 companies. Randall began his career as a business and technology consulting professional and held senior management positions with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Cambridge Technology Partners. Some of Randall’s clients included Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Kaiser Permanente, Oakwood Homes, Ryder Systems, Florida Power Corporation, Burger King Corporation, SeaLand, J.C. Penney and the South Florida Water Management District.
In 1996, Randall founded Innovex Group and grew the company organically into a successful technology consulting practice with nearly 100 employees and numerous Fortune 1000 and emerging growth clients, including Citrix Systems, CBS SportsLine, TradeStation Group, Royal Caribbean, Precision Response Corporation and IVAX Corporation, among others. In 2000, Innovex Group was acquired by Citrix Systems (NASD: CTXS). As part of the acquistion, Randall became the Vice President of Worldwide Consulting Services and was responsible for developing a Global Services Practice to work with the Citrix Sales organization and Citrix Channel Partners. As part of that effort, he launched offices around the world.
After departing Citrix, Randall began working with other entrepreneurs as an advisor, private investor and board member. His primary focus has been on technology-enabled and emerging growth companies. In 2007, Randall was elected to the Board of Hostopia (TSX: H) and participated on both the Compensation Committee and the Mergers & Acquisitions Committee. In 2008, Hostopia was acquired by Deluxe (NYSE: DLX); he was instrumental in negotiating the deal. Randall continues to mentor other entrepreneurs and has participated on a number of other business advisory boards. Several of those entities have enjoyed significant business exits. Recently, he was named to the Board of Descrypto (OTC: DSRO), a diversified NFT and blockchain holding company focused on the Sports and Entertainment NFT and Blockchain Infrastructure industry.
Randall has also served on the Business School Advisory Boards for the University of Florida Graduate School of Business and the H.Wayne Huizenga School of Business at Nova Southeastern University. Randall serves on the President’s Council for the South Florida Chapter of Entrepreneur’s Organization.
Randall earned his Bachelor of Science and MBA from the University of Florida. He is an avid tennis player, golfer and boater and enjoys weekends on Hutchinson Island with his spouse.

Richard Feldman
Chief Corporate Development Officer
Richard Feldman has over 15 years of corporate development, private equity, and investment banking experience with a focus in the Fintech and Financial Services sectors. Before joining TouchSuite, Richard served as Director of BGC Partners’ (NASDAQ: BGCP) Strategic Transactions Group. He anchored numerous high profile, high reward transactions including partnerships with Heat Energy, Remate Lince, Epsilon Networks, and Wolf and Hurst.
Prior to BGC, Richard was the Vice President of Global Principal Investments Group, a Bank of America’s vehicle. There he invested over $115 million in capital, managed a portfolio of public and private investments worth over $1 billion in value, and advised on transactions worth approximately $400 million. He served as a Director of ELX Futures, L.P, NYSE Amex Options, LLC, and CHX Holdings and held buy and sell-side positions at Cruiser Capital, Painter Hill Partners, and Wachovia.
Richard received his B.S. in Economics from Vanderbilt University where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society.

Aashish Amin
Director of Global Operations
Aashish has 20 years of experience across a variety of functional areas, giving him a great perspective on operations. With an MBA from the Weatherhead School in Cleveland, Aashish made his way to South Florida and began a 15 year corporate career with Office Depot, Inc.
From Finance to Loss Prevention and Merchandising, he held various positions and responsibilities ranging from reporting, controlling costs and growing revenues to entirely new market segments. After his tenure at Office Depot, he spent several years working with Peak Activity, LLC, a growth-focused e-commerce consultancy, scaling the operational programs to support its rapid growth.
Since joining TouchSuite, Aashish led a company-wide cross-functional implementation team on a mission-critical software rollout. Most recently, Aashish has taken on responsibility for TouchSuite Global Operations, which includes the Underwriting, Risk Monitoring, Business Intelligence and Information Technology areas of the business.
Away from work, Aashish is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time at home with his wife and one-year old daughter. He also loves to travel and dine out at various restaurants, experiencing new foods and cuisines.
