Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Sam Zietz is the founder and CEO of the financial technology company TouchSuite® and its affiliated companies. Prior to Touchsuite, Mr. Zietz was a corporate attorney specializing in Structured Finance with the New York based law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, LLP. Prior to Skadden, Mr. Zietz worked in the Business Tax Planning Department at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Sam earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan then went on to on receive his JD from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida where he graduated first in his class. Mr. Zietz then earned his LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
In 2015, Sam received the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Florida. In 2014 he was named one of South Florida’s Ultimate CEO’s by the South Florida Business Journal. Zietz sits on the board of several educational and entrepreneur-focused organizations, including the Palm Beach chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Chief Executives Organization (CEO), Florida Council of 100 and the Orange Bowl Committee. He speaks regularly at professional events and at universities and most recently, testified before Congress on Entrepreneurship and gave a TED talk on achieving success on the entrepreneurial path. Sam is an active speaker, mentor and sponsor of the Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA) which teaches students the process of starting and running a real business over the course of a full academic year. He is also an active angel investor with a number of investments under management.
Thanks to Sam’s leadership, the company has been the recipient of numerous awards and accolades, including eight appearances on Inc. Magazine’s “Inc. 500” list of the fastest growing private companies in America. Two years ago, TouchSuite was named the fastest growing privately held company in South Florida, as well as the fastest growing technology company in the entire state, by the Business Journals of Florida. Sam has appeared on the South Florida Business Journal’s list of Top 100 Power Leaders for the last three years. Sam was also presented with the Governor’s Business Ambassadors award that centered on TouchSuite’s growth and significant contributions to Florida’s economy.
Jack B. Lynn
Chief Operating Officer
Jack Lynn has nearly 20 years of operations, finance and Merger & Acquisitions experience. He focuses on Business and Consumer Services companies where technology is utilized to enable accelerated growth, streamline operations, promote customer retention and maximize profitability. Prior to joining TouchSuite, Lynn was a partner in New River Capital Partners and held various senior executive positions in portfolio companies and related investments. Most recently, he oversaw the management and strategic direction of New River’s portfolio of web based training companies and health club operations. Lynn worked extensively with Jamba Juice, Inc. and Swisher Hygiene, Inc., a national facilities services company, in their turnaround efforts. Before joining New River, Lynn specialized in the retail sector of the Assurance and Advisory Services division of Deloitte & Touche, LLP, and held finance positions with Claire’s Stores, Inc., a worldwide retail company. Jack Lynn has a BA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s Degree from Florida International University.
Chief Corporate Development Officer
Richard Feldman has over 15 years of corporate development, private equity, and investment banking experience with a focus in the Fintech and Financial Services sectors. Before joining TouchSuite, Feldman served as Director of BGC Partners’ (NASDAQ: BGCP) Strategic Transactions Group. He anchored numerous high profile, high reward transactions including partnerships with Heat Energy, Remate Lince, Epsilon Networks, and Wolf and Hurst. Prior to BGC, Feldman was the Vice President of Global Principal Investments Group , a Bank of America’s vehicle. There he invested over $115 MM in capital, managed a portfolio of public and private investments worth over $1 B in value, and advised on transactions worth approximately $400 MM. Feldman served as a Director of ELX Futures, L.P, NYSE Amex Options, LLC, and CHX Holdings. Feldman has also held buy and sell-side positions at Cruiser Capital, Painter Hill Partners, and Wachovia. Richard Feldman received his B.S. in Economics from Vanderbilt University where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
Chief Technology Officer
Jeff White joined the TouchSuite team after spending more than 12 years developing innovative and cost-effective software for the small business retailer. White founded Pensmore, Inc., a software technology company that pioneered Lightning Payments, a suite of alternative payment processing products fully-integrated within QuickBooks’ business and accounting software. White’s extensive industry knowledge and strategic sales and marketing capabilities resulted in a joint venture with Pensmore and TouchSuite. In 2011, White also launched DrivenCRM, a tech start up in Tampa which he grew to an 11-person team with zero outside capital in just six months, first establishing his relationship with Inuit, QuickBook’s parent company. White has also served as vice president of sales at KnowTia Corporation, a company he later acquired at DrivenCRM. Jeff White’s innovative products have earned him accolades and nominations by leading industry associations and a reputation as an industry expert.
Mr. White has authored various white paper reports focusing payment processing and consumer security. White graduated Suma Cum Laude with degrees in both Finance and Marketing from Sykes College of Business at the University of Tampa.
Executive Vice President of Sales
While he officially joined TouchSuite as Executive Vice President of Sales in 2017, Forst had already been working with our team as an agent since 2014 as CEO of East Payment Solutions (EPS), a merchant services provider based in Rockville, Maryland. Forst has worked in all areas of the merchant services industry, specializing in sales training and management. He has overseen hundreds of agents during his time with multiple processing companies including Innovative Merchant Solutions, Electronic Payments and Heartland. In 2009, Forst founded EPS, a company that he grew to over 150M in annual processing volume by the time he joined TouchSuite. In his current role as TouchSuite’s EVP of Sales, Forst is focused on building both TouchSuite’s inside sales team and outside agent sales program through a strong infrastructure that includes offices throughout all of the U.S. and Canada.
